Andrely Mael\u00ed Cisneros Flores<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-background has-text-align-center\"><strong>LA EMISI\u00d3N DE BONOS DEL TESORO NACIONAL COMO SOLUCI\u00d3N A LA CRISIS FINANCIERA DE LA USAC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-background has-text-align-left\">Seg\u00fan la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de la Rep\u00fablica de Guatemala, en su car\u00e1cter como \u00fanica universidad estatal, la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala (USAC), es la responsable de dirigir, organizar y desarrollar la educaci\u00f3n superior del Estado, adem\u00e1s de la difusi\u00f3n de la cultura en todas sus manifestaciones. Asimismo, promover por todos los medios a su alcance la investigaci\u00f3n en todas las esferas del saber humano y cooperar al estudio y soluci\u00f3n de los problemas nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\">Indiscutiblemente es fundamental el papel que juega la USAC en el desarrollo del pa\u00eds, por ello, es necesario referirse a la actual crisis financiera que enfrenta dicha casa de estudios, misma que a partir de octubre del a\u00f1o en curso no contar\u00e1 con los recursos suficientes para la prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios, haciendo falta un monto de SETECIENTOS DIECIOCHO MILLONES SETECIENTOS CUARENTA MIL QUETZALES (Q.718,740,000.00).
