Laura Paola Batres Jim\u00e9nez <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-background-color has-background\">En Guatemala, la maternidad infantil no es solo una estad\u00edstica alarmante; es una herida abierta en el tejido social que refleja profundas desigualdades de g\u00e9nero, pobreza estructural y una deuda hist\u00f3rica con los derechos de las ni\u00f1as. Cada a\u00f1o, miles de ni\u00f1as menores de 14 a\u00f1os enfrentan embarazos forzados, producto de violaciones que, en su mayor\u00eda, quedan impunes. Este fen\u00f3meno, profundamente arraigado en desigualdades estructurales, violencia de g\u00e9nero y falta de acceso a educaci\u00f3n y salud sexual, perpet\u00faa ciclos de pobreza, exclusi\u00f3n y vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"><strong>Maternidad adolescente en Am\u00e9rica Latina: Un panorama regional<\/strong><br><br>Seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS), a nivel mundial, la tasa de natalidad en adolescentes disminuy\u00f3 de 64,5 nacimientos por cada 1,000 mujeres de 15-19 a\u00f1os en 2000 a 42,5 nacimientos por cada 1,000 mujeres de la misma edad en el 2021. Sin embargo, esta disminuci\u00f3n en las tasas ha sido desigual en distintas partes del mundo.
